If you decide to go with a Premium or Unlimited license you will also have access to the trackout/stem files of individual instruments. This way you will be able to modify the arrangement and also mix & master your song exactly the way you want!

No. All the rights remain to the producer.

You will be able to use the beat you got, in order to make your own song but the beat itself will not belong to you. From the song you will create you will have 50 % of the rights (lyrics) and the other 50 % of the copyright remains to the producer for the music.

Note that this doesn’t affect royalties. In all my non-exclusive licenses, all the royalties/income from streams and digital sales go directly to you.

Yes. The files will be available for download immediately.

Very few beats on my website are available for exclusive purchase. If you like one beat make sure you check if the exclusive license is available when you add it to cart.

Most of my instrumentals are not available for exclusive purchase from every artist though.

I don’t sell my beats exclusively to every artist so I want to learn more about you and your music before we can proceed on an exclusive deal.

At the moment I accept PayPal and all Credit Card payments.

If you got a license that allows up to a certain amount of streams on Spotify or views on YouTube, you have to upgrade your license to a higher tier. You will only pay the difference between the 2 licenses.

Example: You purchased the Lite license which allows maximum of 20.000 paid streams (a sum of streams on all streaming services ie Spotify), and you reached 25.000 streams on that particular song.

You should then contact me at sales@producedbysoki.com and ask for an upgrade. I will send you a link to checkout with the desired license paying only the difference between those licenses.

Yes you can. If your song surpasses the streams/sales or views your license states, reach out to me and you can upgrade you license to a bigger one.

Send over an email at sokibeats@gmail.com or soki@producedbysoki.com with your name, beat title, current license and the license you want to upgrade to alongside the receipt from the sale and I will sort it out for you.

When Buy “X” (ie 2) Get “Y” (ie 2) Free Beats is on, you simply need to add to cart 4 beats of the same lease and you will automatically get the discount shown on your cart balance.

This will only happen if I reach out to you asking for an upgrade because you surpassed the allowed streams and you don’t comply with it.

At the moment due to technical obstacles you are not able to create an account in my website.
Do not worry though, you can purchase your favorite instrumentals without an account and you will have immediate access in the files right after your payment. You will also get an email with your purchase details so you will always have the link to access them inside your email box.

If you are an entry level artist and you want to get the best possible outcome out of your song, then I strongly suggest you go with either the Premium or the Unlimited license.

Why?
Because they come with all the individual files/stems of all the instruments and effects of the instrumental. This will allow your mixing engineer to bring the most out of your song and it will also allow you to make easily any arrangement changes.

If you want your song to sound as pro as possible then having the stems of the beat is crucial towards that result.

If you want to use the instrumental to your stream on Twitch or any other platform, feel free to get the Basic License.
If you want to use the instrumentals in your videos and monetize them, then you need to purchase the Unlimited license that allows YouTube monetization.
